Virtual Bead Strong sessions for Adolescents and Young Adults with Cancer
Virtual Bead Strong – Join Beads of Courage for a virtual Bead Strong session just for Adolescents and Young Adults with Cancer (AYA)! This self-care session is open to AYA in treatment or who have completed treatment ages 18-40 years young. Bead Strong was created to provide an experience in mindfulness. Each Bead Strong activity uses several different tools including mantras, art, breathwork and beads.
