Success Story – Peyton Richardson
We wanted to update you on Peyton❤️💗 and share a few photos. She’s graduating from Texas Tech nursing school on Saturday and is returning to Texas Children’s Hospital as a hematology and oncology nurse. She just accepted that position with the nurse residency program this past week. She is so excited!
When she was home before school clinicals, she shared she wanted to make a cord to wear on graduation day with some of her favorite beads of courage. It is so precious and still one of the most amazing experiences that she had being a part of that program with Texas children’s Hospital. I wanted to share a picture of her from high school when she had all of her beads on for her ringing the bell, and then also a photo of her that we took with her cord of beads to wear next week.
We love the beads of courage program and are so thankful to be a part of it. We hope you are doing well!
Wishing you all the best,
Carrie and Peyton  Richardson
Beads of Courage is grateful for the national sponsorship of our Hematology/Oncology program by Northwestern Mutual and honored to partner with the caring staff at Texas Children’s Hospital to provide the Beads of Courage program.
